A Song of Ice and Fire Jdm: Shadow Tower Spearmen

At the western end of the Wall is Shadow Tower and the men of the Night's Watch garrisoned within it. Like all brethren of the Night's Watch, Shadowkeep Spearmen wear black leather and sooty steel, best suited to shelter from the fabled cold of the North. Spearmen excel at protecting the flanks, as they are adept at meeting enemy charges of both cavalry and infantry, and delivering devastating counter-attacks before their opponents close in on them. If necessary, spearmen can hold the center of a battle line steady, but ideally they should keep moving. In addition, they are not the best troops to lead an offensive action either, but it is very easy for them to support such a maneuver.
