A Song of Ice and Fire Jdm: Vanguard Explorers

Vanguard scouts of the Night's Watch roam the wilderness north of the Wall, searching for groups of enemies seeking to assault their strongholds. As soon as they join a battle, forward scouts perform well as medium cavalry and are particularly adept at flanking maneuvers and ambushes. It is understandable to believe that mounted troops are not able to crouch easily on the ground; however, forward scouts know the great northern taiga like few others, so its thick groves, hidden gullies, and even the slightest ruts in the ground provide plenty of vantage points from which to launch devastating surprise attacks. That said, like any cavalry troop, forward scouts must keep moving to avoid getting locked in combat that would destroy them
