The Blizzard Force was the elite unit that spearheaded the Imperial assault on Echo Base. Its specialty was arctic operations, and it was prepared to carry out the Emperor's will in the most inhospitable climates. Commanded by Darth Vader himself, Blizzard Force special troops participated in the Battle of Hoth, mercilessly crushing all Rebel resistance with a single goal: to destroy the Alliance's shield generator.
