Once known as Clone Force 99, this experimental unit of clone troopers defies all expectations due to the extraordinary capabilities granted by their genetic mutations. Adopting names that describe his role in the unit, the Party is led by Hunter, whose heightened senses make him an unparalleled tracker. Tech is the technology expert, using his superior intellect to hack computers and bypass security systems. The group is completed by Crosshair, the sniper, Wrecker, an unstoppable force in close-range combat, and Echo, a former CAR soldier transformed into a cyborg.
As the Republic transforms into the Galactic Empire, the Remittance is forced to improvise to survive, becoming fugitives. A young medical assistant named Omega joins their ranks, who is also the result of a cloning experiment. Protecting her gives the Bad Batch another reason to find her own way in a hostile galaxy.
