Lords of Vaala (Spanish)

Lords of Vaala is a board game in which you will play as a general, managing your army and resources, or as a dragon destroying your enemies and ravaging the land. To win the game you must overcome adversity, plan your strategy and gather the most Vaala. An asymmetric strategy game that will open the door to the Dragonbond universe.

Raid as a dragon or gather armies as a general, destroy your enemies and cast powerful spells, all to gain power. The player who collects 10 power tokens wins. In a world without gods, only you can claim your destiny.

During the game, a general and a dragon who peacefully enter the same region have the opportunity to become Dragonbonded to unlock a unique ability that interacts with each other, and play as a team for the rest of the game.

In the planning phase, players secretly play action cards into a face-down pile to schedule their actions on the board until a player passes; In the resolution phase, actions are resolved in order. Through these actions, players move to different regions, attack, gather power, or cast spells by spending the collected power.

Combat has a wargame feel to it due to dice-based resolution with critical hits, counterattacks, and retreats. If power is low on the board, you can steal a power token from another player by entering combat and dealing more blows than they can handle.

Dragons and generals play completely differently in terms of strategy and actions. Generals raise armies and customize them in different regions of the board to control them and harvest power. Dragons can gain power by devouring units, they also have a health counter, and must rest and recover if they take too many wounds. Every character in the game has a unique Vaala spell deck.
