Stress Botics: Odyssey

Stress Botics Odyssey is an expansion for the Stress Botics board game that will expand the game experience by expanding different areas, adding more difficulty and depth, but keeping the basic rules and pace of the base game. Take your Stress level to another dimension!

The first expanded axis is the main room (the room where Alpha Bot is currently located). The alternative Odyssey board contains a zoom of the main room, so players will have to take into account their positioning, to fight against the cylinders and defend Alpha Bot from them. If Alpha Bot does not reach the surface, deliveries to the ships will be much more complex to execute!

The second enhanced axis is the Cylinders. When players eliminate a complete wave of enemies, an Elite Cylinder will appear. This powerful enemy is Alpha Bot's nemesis, and has its own AI and complex behavior.

The third enhanced axis is Alpha Bot. Beta Bots will be able to access the inside of Alpha Bot through a new type of action. Once inside, players can control Alpha Bot's AI to speed up its behavior, change its direction to crush enemies or avoid obstacles, repair shields, collect resources or equip items, and much more. However, players will need to be careful when interacting with AlphaBot... If it takes damage while being controlled, it will activate its other temperamental AI, revealing one of its many aggressive behaviors, such as returning to an already explored main room or indiscriminately attacking any robot next to it.

The fourth axis of improvement is Solo Mode. By adding the Delta Bot, a small robot that will accompany us to accomplish our objectives, adventurous players will be able to play solo. Odyssey includes an additional board that is placed on the player's plane to expand management during maintenance phases, as well as to take care of Delta Bot. If the little companion builds up too much stress, it will explode, making the game much more difficult for the solo player.

The fifth axis of improvement is additional content. Odyssey adds more items to the current sets, including a new type of item: boxed items. These can be dynamically equipped from the main lobby for immediate use, adding a touch of improvisation to both combat and the strategies that structure the game. Additionally, Odyssey includes modular boards that expand the detail of various mechanics and include unique features for each player account.
