Life in an apartment building can be VERY hectic at times. Every resident has their own preferences: some are gardeners and would love nothing more than to be surrounded by flowers, others are obsessed with cats and are always happy to see one on the balcony next to theirs, and others just want to take a long nap. How do you keep everyone happy?

Build an apartment building, block by block, filling in the 5x5 grid. At each turn, one of the participants will choose which two sides of the building block will go to them and which two sides will go to the opponent. However, it is the other participant who decides where to place the building block. Try your best to meet the conditions of the balconies in front of you. Who will earn the most points at the end of the game? Balconia is a light tactical game for 2 participants with unusual 3D components about creating harmony within the same building.
