Beneath the waves, where the eye cannot reach, darkness stalks a certain steamboat bound for Boston, the Atlantica. Many of the other passengers gaze out at the sea with silent desperate longing, as if plunged into a preternatural trance. Your dreams are plagued with unspeakable underwater nightmares. And if all that were not enough, one of the passengers has been murdered.

In Unfathomable, mistrust, intrigue and Machiavellian strategies are the order of the day. You and your friends are in command of the ship, but not everyone is to be trusted. As monstrous beings, the profound ones, emerge from the abyssal depths to assault the ship, any one of the players could actually be a vile cultist or a gruesome profound hybrid and secretly plotting against the rest of the group. Always watch your companions ... you will need all your cunning to prevent the boat from ending up in a watery grave. Repel the invasion of the deep, uncover the traitors, and guide the Atlantica to a safe haven in Unfathomable!
