House Mormont thugs are men chosen for their total commitment to House Mormont and their intimidating appearance. Like the great bear that represents the emblem of their House, these men strike hard and die fighting. Their meager armor consists primarily of padded leather and light chainmail, giving them fairly decent mobility. Also, the last thing any opponent would want to face is these troops attacking them from the flank; As thugs taking casualties only makes them more dangerous and want to go in for an eye for an eye, so it's not uncommon for them to take down their enemies before they're downed. Since they are lightly armored, no commander should expect Mormont thugs to be able to hold the line of battle long without any support; however, their enemies will have to sweat blood to finish them off.
