The Mandalorian, also known as Din Djarin, lost his parents as a child in an attack by Separatist battle droids. He was taken in by a group of Mandalorians known as the Sons of the Guard, who raised him as a skilled bounty hunter faithful to the precepts of his clan. Later, as a full member of the guild, the Mandalorian accepted an assignment and met Grogu, an orphan boy who had an intense bond with the Force. This unusual pair roams the galaxy eluding pursuit from bounty hunters and Imperial remnants alike.
