Sushi Go! Spin and Eat Dim Sum is a game completely independent of the Sushi Go universe, which shares aesthetics and some mechanics with the classic card game. You do not need to own, know or have played the original game to enjoy this title.

Designed by Quentin Weir and Ken Gruhl and illustrated by Nan Rangsima, it can be enjoyed as a couple or in groups of up to 6 players, from 8 years old, in games lasting about 20 minutes.

Inspired by the classic by Phil Walker-Harding, this game puts a twist on Sushi Go! Instead of playing with sushi cards, we will play with delicious dim sum. The objective of the game is to put together the best combination of dim sum dishes, each of which scores differently. After twelve rounds, whoever has the most points wins the game. In addition to containing over 100 dim sum cards, this edition includes a rotating table with 6 baskets, 30 tokens, a full-size soft bun, and 6 menus (which act as personal boards). Once set up, the game looks great, creating the appearance that players are in a restaurant.

Don't sit down to play hungry! On their turn, each player takes the top card from the stack in the steamer basket in front of them, as well as any chopstick tokens inside. They must then place the card on one of the free spaces on their menu. If the player prefers a card that is in another steamer basket, they may turn the table in any direction, but in each basket they leave behind they must place a chopstick token. However, if you have the special bun, you can return it to the center of the table and rotate it as much as you like without paying any cost. Once all players' menus are full (or, in other words, after 12 rounds), the game ends.

Just like in Sushi Go!, players score points for their card combinations. For example, each quartet of shaomai scores 12 points (but fewer than 4 scores none), and steamed buns only score points for the player with the most (and subtract points for the player with the least).
