No one knows what sparked the One Day War between the superpowers. A single day was enough to end the World Before. After governments collapsed, leaderless groups of survivors took refuge in the ruins of once great cities. The climate is merciless, resources are scarce, and tribes of mutants roam the wastelands.

The world needs a hero to rally the people and lead them out of the rubble!

Resurgence is a game set in an alternate history of the 20th century, where humanity's worst fears have come true and civilization has collapsed after a nuclear exchange between the superpowers. Those who lived through it now take refuge in the ruins of ancient cities, trying to survive, regroup, and rebuild civilization.

Resurgence is a competitive eurogame. Your goal is to get more victory points (VP) than the other players after 6 rounds. To gain VP, you'll need to undertake a variety of Missions around Moscow, rescue Survivors, and build up your Compound. The weather is merciless, resources are scarce, and Mutants roam the ruins. You'll need to plan your actions carefully.
