Pax Pamir (2nd Edition) is a tableau-building and area-majority game designed by Cole Wehrle (Root, Arcs), in which players purchase cards from a central market, build their courts, and execute military, political, and economic actions. The winning coalition is determined periodically through intermediate scoring rounds, forcing players to constantly recalibrate their strategies.

The production quality is exceptional: a cloth map, resin blocks, and 142 cards featuring historical archival artwork. It also includes an automated opponent for solo play. A masterpiece of modern game design.
