Hop aboard the Beagle and join Darwin on his great voyage!

Twenty years have passed since Charles Darwin explored the world aboard the Beagle. Now, as he writes The Origin of Species, he needs new information about animal life in the less-explored corners of the planet. And who better to help him than a group of young naturalists eager for discovery?

In In Darwin's Footsteps, each person becomes a promising scientist, traveling alongside Darwin to study animals, draw maps, publish findings, and develop theories. But it won't be a simple ride: the competition to be the one who contributes the most to this revolutionary work will be fierce.

Explore, study, and leave your mark on history

Each turn consists of two key steps:

Study an animal or be inspired by a character

Choose one of the three tiles in front of the Beagle and place it in your naturalist notebook. It can be an animal to analyze or a historical figure who inspires you on your journey. You'll also receive bonuses and additional points based on the tile's position.

The Beagle's Voyage

After adding a tile to your notebook, move the Beagle as many spaces as the distance between the ship and the tile you selected (1 to 3 spaces). Then, replace the tile on the voyage board to continue the exploration.

Do you have what it takes to be the best naturalist?

At the end of the expedition, whoever has accumulated the most points will become the person who has contributed the most to Darwin's masterpiece. But remember: every decision counts, from which species you study to which theories you publish.
