Chu Han (English)

Chu Han is a two-player card game of dynastic intrigue set in ancient China, before and during the Chu-Han Contention (206-202 BC). Two clans, the Han and the Chu, compete to supplant the weak ruler Qin and forge China's first true dynasty. Historically, the Chu started from a stronger position, but the Han managed to defeat them. Chu Han is a multi-hand game of tricks, promotion, and defeat. Players begin each hand with a mix of Chu and Han cards, representing intra-clan tensions, hostage-taking, and shifting loyalties. Optional events and two historical campaigns add additional variety. Can you outmaneuver your opponent to found a new dynasty?
