Scholars of the Southern Lands – Spanish Edition

Scholars of the Southern Lands is set during the height of the Abbasid Caliphate, around 830 AD.

The Caliph has summoned the brightest minds to seek out and acquire scientific manuscripts from across the globe.

Players will need to increase their influence in the House of Wisdom and hire experienced linguists to translate foreign scrolls into Arabic.

In this golden age of wisdom and knowledge, you must be mindful of your actions so as not to overlook any of your own contributions.

The goal of Scholars of the Southern Lands is to be the player with the most Victory Points (VP) at the end of the game.

You will gain points by translating Scrolls, by increasing your knowledge in various areas of science and mathematics, by gaining Influence in the 3 Councils, and also by retiring Translators after years of service.

The game will end when the last of the four Caliph Cards has been revealed.
