Revenant (Spanish)

From the void between dimensions, an ancient cosmic entity emerged with the intent to corrupt and devour all. In the aftermath of the cataclysm known as the Voidfall, the admirals of the fallen Novarchon Empire devised a desperate contingency plan. To preserve the treasured knowledge that might one day answer the threat of the Void creatures, an ancient Imperial flagship, the Revenant, was repurposed to house the Empire's data banks. Carrying humanity's last hope and accompanied by the ships of the Empire's vassal Houses, your duty is to escort the fleet to a safe sector while managing your influence with the Great Houses to secure your political future.

Revenant is a competitive, independent worker placement game of shifting alliances set in the Voidfall universe. Players take on the roles of rival admirals coordinating the defense of the fleeing starfleet and vying for influence with the factions that survive the journey.

Over four rounds, players assign crews to ships in the fleet: those that will fight the Voidborn, those that will explore planets for resources, upgrade their ship and crew, deploy new ships, and more. Each ship is affiliated with one of the Great Houses, and each time you assign crew to one, you gain influence with that House.

The journey will not be easy. The corrupted forces of the Voidborn will continuously attack the fleet, damaging several ships by the end of each round. You will participate in protecting the fleet by destroying enemy ships, repairing friendly ships and steering them to safe areas, or, ultimately, activating the Revenant's hyperdrive to jump to a safer sector. Regardless of your efforts, there will be casualties: you must ensure that the Houses in which you have influence are protected above all others.

Revenant combines resource management and engine building of a midweight euro game with dynamic tactical challenges, constant player interaction, and shifting loyalties.
