Damn! You have been exiled and have had all your possessions seized except a few shillings and some scrap metal. Unattainable by discouragement, you travel to a strange land to reinvent yourself and regain your honor. Under the watchful eye of Her Majesty, Queen Anne, you must forge your own path to fame and glory. Will you farm the land, fight like a knight, or scheme to make your own fiefs?

Feudum (Latin for fief) is a medieval stock and resource management economy game for 2-5 players . With a wide variety of strategies at their disposal, players must optimize four actions per turn in an attempt to score maximum victory points during the game's five epochs.

Each player controls a series of medieval characters who roam the map tending farms, taxing cities and claiming outposts, trying to gain power. But that's just the tip of the iceberg, horn of the beast! You must also compete to acquire coveted fiefs (feudums), which will increase your membership status to one of six guilds. Be careful though, as feudal lords must pay homage to the king through military service, or they will be accused of disloyalty.

Once you belong to a guild, you will diligently participate in the progressive economic cycle , where the farmer sends goods to the merchant, who supplies the alchemist, who invents gunpowder for the knight… and so on until the monk, who helps the farmers with alms. If you choose your guilds wisely, maintain control of the most important locations, and adapt correctly to changing events, you will be victorious. Unless, of course, you suffer from famine, get caught by a sea serpent, or develop an insane interest in fermented grapes… Long live the king!
