Monster Lands

You will be one of 1-4 players managing their small clan of brave warriors, fighting to win the crown of the Lands of Discord. The action will take place in and around the Citadel, the last bastion against the monsters that have invaded the kingdom.

The crown will be given to the clan with the most victory points, to earn them you will need to accumulate glory, reputation, gold and different mercenary configurations. The most important factor to succeed is glory, to earn it, you have to leave behind the security of the Citadel and complete quests, eliminate or capture monsters and conquer remote "Lands".

To perform your actions you will use your dice pool. In the Citadel, your dice allow you to build and improve your clan, acquiring hunting tools, shields, potions, mercenaries and much more. Dice are placed as if they were workers (worker placement mechanic), with hard choices from the start.

In the Outside, your dice become weapons. You roll them to beat the odds in missions and battles. These may seem daunting at first, but there are endless options to manipulate the result of your spin and increase the probability of winning. So don't kid yourself, you can't leave everything to chance, to snatch the crown in this competitive environment, it will take very good planning and resource management.
