Paul Bonner was born in Yorkshire, England, but has lived in Copenhagen since the early 1990s. After graduating as an illustrator from Harrow College of Art and Design, he worked in London as a freelance artist on numerous children's books, then spent three years in the Games Workshop design studio. Later he moved to Denmark, from where he continued his relationship with Games Workshop while collaborating on titles such as Mutant Chronicles, Rackham's Confrontation, Shadowrun and various products from the Riotminds publisher.
