The most infamous villains in the Turtles universe are out of control and it's up to you to save the city! Starting as a Tier 1 hero, you must contain the threat and master the art of Ninjutsu. Defeat villains to earn rewards, or level up to become more powerful. Be the first player to reach Level 10 and you will win the game!
