Thingvellir - Nidavellir

Everywhere you could hear the bellows of the forges and the hammers hitting the anvils. Everywhere swords and axes were seen practicing in a ceaseless dance. The entire kingdom was mobilized in preparation to face Fafnir.
The King was proud to place his trust in his Elvalands. But secretly his heart was seething with uneasiness… What if his clan grew weak? What if Fafnir defeated his oldest battalions? What if her reign was forever remembered as the one in which the Dragon subdued the elite dwarf troops?
Queen Dagfid, who knew her stubborn husband well, was sure she would never I would beg for help. Especially not the pretentious elves who would surely, as they did in the past, despise them with their manners and divine superiority. She herself would not ask for help from other dwarf clans, as she would not want this gesture to be understood as a sign of weakness. Coming from a wandering clan, the Queen was blessed with boundless courage, especially when it came to backing her King. He had loved her, he had welcomed her into his kingdom and he had always treated her as her own. So she secretly set out one night, accompanied by Idunn the Furtive and Hourya the Elusive, to find her wandering tribe and enlist their help.
Several weeks later, the King, exhausted and distraught by the absence of his wife, saw a cloud of dust appear on the horizon, raised by long caravans and a horde of impressive mounted boars. The Queen rode at the forefront of her. The King couldn't believe his eyes! She had traveled beyond the arid deserts of the realm to seek help from her tribe of Thingvellir. The nomads set up camp at the foot of the castle and all the inhabitants of the kingdom came to admire the power of the gallant mercenaries and the quality of their artifacts. Hope smiled back at Nidavellir.

Thingvellir is an expansion for Nidavellir.
This expansion can be complex because behind its simple rules lies a multitude of new strategies. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the base game before embarking on the Thingvellir adventure. Starting directly with the expansion added to the base game may be too much for novice players. Lack of experience could make your choices difficult and/or random, and lead to a lack of strategy to counter what your opponents do.
