Fortunately for you and your company, a strong winter wind called Pampero blows in Uruguay, which makes it a privileged territory to generate energy through the use of wind turbines. Some of the rural areas could even supplement their electricity supply with solar energy.

Pampero is a hand management game based on action card selection that requires a considerable level of strategic planning. Each player has to balance their income, energy supply, and action cards to accommodate the varying scoring criteria present in each game.

You have to expand your power grid and meet energy requirements across the country to become the highest profit player!
