Dive into the captivating depths of a coral reef! In this ecosystem, grow your coral formations strong and form thriving habitats that attract a variety of fascinating marine animals. AQUA invites you to explore the beauty and wonder of the ocean and offers a variety of game modes for the whole family.

Designed by Dan Halstad and Tristan Halstad and illustrated by Vincent Dutrait, AQUA can be enjoyed alone or in groups of up to 4 players, ages 8 and up, in sessions lasting 30-45 minutes. With the goal of scoring as many points as possible at the end of the game, players will create coral reefs to attract all kinds of marine species to their playing area.

On each turn, players will take a tile from a common market and place it in their playing area. The tiles are hexagonal and show three types of coral formations; When placing them, the colour of the coral must match at least one of the sides of a previously placed tile. Little by little, these corals will become the habitat of small marine animals. In turn, small animals attract larger ones, which reward more points.

At the end of the game, the winner is the one who has managed to grow the best coral formations and has attracted the greatest number of small and large marine animals. In addition, AQUA includes several game modes with varying difficulties, which adapt to the needs of any game group. And both for solo mode and for groups looking for an extra challenge, the rules include 15 different scenarios and 25 specific challenges that will test your ingenuity.
