Forage

Forage is the final installment in the 9-Card Solitaire Game trilogy, following the first installment, Orchard, and its sequel, Grove.

Forage is a solo card and dice game with games lasting about 10 minutes, with a recommended age of 14 and up. It includes multiplayer rules (one copy of the game per player is required).

The object of the game is to search for wild foods in different areas of the forest, collecting as much as you can by playing cards so that matching areas overlap. The more forest areas you overlap, the more wild foods you collect.

The cards show areas of a forest where we find blackberries, chestnuts, and edible mushrooms. Some areas are divided into two, which, along with dice with hungry mice on them, offer new opportunities and different strategies to improve your harvesting.

The card backs contain Challenging Recipes that offer a win/lose condition (as an alternative to the standard game's "beat your own score") for those who prefer it, adding even more replayability.
