Early morning at Tsukiji Market. Tokyo's two best chefs compete for the freshest fish. As the new fish are unloaded from the boats, each wants to be the first to choose... with the minimum bid. They try to balance their bets wisely, getting the most valuable fish and, of course, the best wasabi to season it. Who will be the city's master chef?
