Kilaulea (Spanish)

Kilaulea is a board game where you play as a Mo'o, the lizard-like spirits of Hawaiian folklore, and build Tiki pillars to worship Pele, the goddess of volcanoes.

Kilaulea has very simple rules, but a scoring system that forces players to constantly monitor how the number of Tiki pillars of each color changes in each area of ​​the volcano, and to wisely manage where and which ones to place on their personal island.

During your turn, you will clear forests or build Tiki pillars, either in the volcano area or on your own island. When you clear the first and third forests, each area of ​​the volcano is scored by multiplying the value of each color by the value you have in the corresponding area of ​​your personal island. But beware! The score for each color will constantly evolve throughout the game, and your opponents will try to maximize their score by taking yours.

The mechanics are very simple: you'll move around the volcano on the same island using a rondel system, and once you reach your destination, you can perform one of three possible actions:

- Cut down Tikis in the Forest

- Build a Tiki on the Volcano

- Build a Tiki on your Island

Once the first and third forests are completely cleared, you score points for each area of ​​the volcano: 1 point for each piece in the tallest tiki column and 3 points for each piece in the remaining columns. These points are multiplied by the number of tikis of the corresponding color in each area of ​​your Personal Island. You may earn bonus points in the final score.
