In Dreamwood, each player takes on the role of a different animal species striving to thrive in a competitive environment. Using a secret worker placement mechanic, you must decide each round how to allocate your efforts across five vital areas: Food (to double your efficiency), Breeding (to acquire more workers), Exploration (to generate a steady income), Shelter (to gain secret end-game bonuses), and Leisure (for immediate advancements).
The tension rises with each event card revealed, and the game ends the moment a species reaches the end of any path. Success depends not only on your progress but also on your relative position against your rivals. Only the most balanced and cunning species will emerge victorious!
