In Gaia Project, the successor to the acclaimed Terra Mystica< /em>, fourteen different factions live on seven different types of planets, and each faction is attached to its home planet. Therefore, to grow and develop they must terraform the neighboring planets of their native environment, competing with other players. Gaia planets can be used by all players for colonization, and Transdimensional planets can be transformed into Gaia planets.

The game board is made up of ten sectors, allowing a random layout that guarantees great replayability , improving on its predecessor Terra Mystica in this. For two players, the board is made up of seven sectors instead of ten.

All factions can improve their skills in six different areas of development (Terraforming, Navigation, Artificial Intelligence, Project Gaia, Economy and Science ), obtaining special benefits and advances in technology. Each group has specific skills and abilities that will help them throughout the game.

Asymmetrical factions with unique abilities, variable conditions, a modular board, and endless combinations make Gaia Project an exciting game with replayability and almost endless fun.
