The Noamomi tribe must elect a new wizard. It is tradition that the applicants compete in the ancient race and guess right with their predictions in which position the ostriches will finish. The aspirants take a deep breath and approach the dry river bed on a hot morning. The nervous ostriches are behind the fence, waiting. The candidates observe each other, evaluating each other, who knows how much magic runs through their body. The elder of the tribe raises the fence of the enclosure... The race to become the new warlock begins!
