Near and far

Near and Far is a board game by Ryan Laukat (author of Up and Down, an empire in 8 minutes or islebound among others) in which players will have to explore different maps in search of the Last Ruin, and during the course of The campaign will be able to recruit new adventurers and get treasures.

Also, players will have to get food and equipment to prepare properly, not forgetting to buy enough weapons to fight bandits, living statues and even rusty robots that they will find along the way. At some moments during the game, one of the players must make a decision after reading a passage from the storybook, which will determine the continuation of the adventure.

Near and Far includes a book of encounters with ten chapters with different adventures, which are played on a different map.
