Nemesis: Carnomorfos

You flee the burning cabin and close the bulkhead behind you before taking a deep breath… finally some oxygen! Then you hear an unpleasant noise behind you, like organic sounds of bones breaking, tendons breaking, and liquid splashing. You advance cautiously and, as you look out into the corridor, your heart races: you have a massacre in front of you! Everything is splattered with blood and monsters devour both human corpses and their own. Perhaps in the end it turns out that the burning compartment was not a bad place to hang out.

The Carnomorphs expansion includes everything you need to add a new race of Intruder to the game: miniatures, tokens, and specific Event cards. In addition, it brings a new game rule: Character Mutations.
