Agricola: Woods and Bogs is the revised edition of this popular expansion for the revised edition of Agricola. Was there no other place to settle? Players start the game with several forest and bog tiles that hinder the development of their farm board. Luckily, they also have new special actions that will allow them to clear these plots: they can get rid of the forests by cutting down the trees for wood or by slash and burn, to transform them directly into fields. They can also mine peat from the bogs for fuel , the new resource in the game: now, in addition to feeding their family during the harvests, they will also have to heat the house. A renovated house has a lower heating cost, so it is convenient to hurry with the works. And watch out! If the house is not heated properly, the farmers will get sick and have to stay in bed until they go to the dispensary. In addition, this expansion adds a new species of animal: the horse. Horse breeding can be decisive, since each horse awards 1 point at the end of the game .
