After years of research, Professor Röntgen has created a new thingamajig capable of modifying the atomic structure of any object, to the point of making things shrink and grow at will. But his archrival, Professor Stern wants to steal his idea at any cost. Both professors must use their teams of scientists and students, to get the most surprising results, while trying to sabotage their rival's efforts.
