As luck would have it, the grave faces of these statues formed a kind of hollow through which Hugo now walked his companions led under the staring gaze, long-forgotten ruler...

The two parts of the statue significantly enhance the visual appearance of your terrain and, due to their size, also have a technical use as cover.
