Great Western Trail El Paso

El Paso, late 19th century. Five railroad companies have incorporated the "Sun City" into their networks and turned it into the hub of the cattle trade. Ranchers from the surrounding areas, both from Texas and Mexico, bring their cattle to the city to be shipped anywhere in the United States. Take the role of one of these ranchers and bring your cattle to El Paso to earn money and victory points. Hire cowboys, builders, and engineers to accomplish your goals.

On your turn, you will move your rancher along a circular route that will bring you back to El Paso again and again. As you progress, you will perform various actions to earn victory points: you can, for example, place common building tiles, buy cattle at the cattle market, hire workers, and so on.

Each time you arrive in El Paso, you will send your cattle to a trading post, after which your rancher will resume movement from that city. At the end of the game, add up all your victory points on your track. The player with the most victory points wins.

Buy animals to increase the value of your livestock! Construct buildings to gain more shares! Participate in the expansion of the railroad network and secure the most lucrative contracts!

El Paso works like its predecessors, the original Great Western Trail trilogy. It can serve as an introduction to the series and is the perfect game when there isn't enough time to play with its "big brothers"!
