Teotihuacan: Age of Expansion

Teotihuacán expands, becoming an empire! The city grows beyond its old borders, military expeditions project their influence to the Yucatan peninsula. Combatants become colonists, new resources are discovered, and the wealth that obsidian brings leads to new discoveries.

Teotihuacán: Era of Expansion is a modular expansion for Teotihuacán: City of Gods. It introduces a series of new options to enrich and expand the gaming experience:

Obsidian: A new wild card resource for the game, more powerful than the others, which is used for special actions in other modules and to speed up the game. Added to new resource gathering boards.

Mansion: A new action board has been added to the game to replace the Palace board and provides new options for advancing through temples and upgrading your workers.

Altars and Shamans: This module adds a new dimension to the game. The previously empty spaces between the action boards are now used for the altars, home of the shamans, new pieces with their own actions that move counterclockwise.

Expand the Empire: The new Empire board includes a host of opportunities, while seamlessly integrating with the base game. The new conquest board, compatible with previous expansions, allows you to use warriors to reach new lands and turn them into colonists to advance on the Avenue of Death.

Advanced Teotibot: The new features of the Teotibot, your opponent in solo mode, make it compatible with all new content.

All modules are compatible with each other and with previous expansions, and can be enjoyed as a group or alone, making the already highly customizable Teotihuacán: City of Gods an even more varied and unique gaming experience.
