The world is in turmoil after World War II. The future of many nations is uncertain. The Soviet Union and the United States are the only two superpowers that can guide them towards a better future.

COLD WAR: CIA vs. KGB places you at the head of an espionage network during the cold war. Your purpose: to "persuade" foreign governments to adopt the "correct" ideology, by any means necessary. Manipulate the local factions so that your coup succeeds. Deceive and eliminate enemy leaders. Gain prestige for your bloc by winning the Space Race, dominating the Olympics, or ensuring that a compatriot wins the Nobel Peace Prize.

In this long conflict, which has lasted for decades, victory will be for the side with the resources, conviction and commitment to ensure that their way of life shapes the future.
